How long is the training?

The training is an online, learn-at-your-own-pace program. It typically takes a few weeks to complete, which allows sufficient time to cover the essential concepts, strategies, and practical applications related to working with real estate investors. You will have three months to complete the training and take the exam. There are additional fees should you need an extension.

What is so great about the REIS Designation?

REIS is the only certified training program for agents in the real estate investor world. It is a 10-week comprehensive training program that culminates with an exam. Only agents who pass the exam receive the REIS Designation to use on all their marketing materials.

How much is the investment?

Pricing structures for this training range from a one-time payment of $2,997 (plus applicable taxes) to a 3-month installment plan is available allowing flexibility to suit your budget.

Do I get a certificate or designation?

Upon completing the training, you receive a designation, the Real Estate Investment Specialist Designation, affirming your successful program completion. This recognition can enhance your credibility and differentiate you as a Realtor who specializes in working with real estate investors..

Is there support after I graduate?

Yes, most reputable training programs offer ongoing support after graduation. We provide marketing assets and implementation of your REIS designation; access to our monthly mastermind program to discuss regular updates on industry trends and best practices; a white-label investment webinar for your prospects; a dedicated online community forum; and access to one-on-one mentorship.

Are there any additional costs?

While the cost of the training typically covers the core curriculum, associated materials and post-graduate support (mentioned above), there is an annual licencing fee to maintain your REIS licence.

I’ve done every real estate training under the sun. How is this going to be different?

No other training specifically addresses the real estate agent's understanding of all the necessary components to work seamlessly with real estate investors. This comprehensive training program gives you the tools, techniques, and knowledge to build a consistent 50-deal-per-year business.

What if I’m too busy?

We all make time for what is important to us. If you want to get out of the competitive retail real estate market, this training will require time from you…but wouldn’t a consistent 50-deal-per-year business be worth it? You will be building your business as you go through the training. Generally, you will want to allocate 5 - 10 hours a week to the training. Some weeks may be less time. The training is more action-oriented than book-oriented.

What if I have no experience in investment property sales?

You will once you complete the training. We love newbies.

Can I just learn this from YouTube videos?

Sure, you can. However, you won’t have access to professionals with over 30+ years of real estate investing experience guiding you through this process.

What is so great about the REIS Designation?

Is the exam difficult to pass?

Not if you pay attention and do the weekly action assignments. We will have an exam review session a week before your exam.

What if I’m just starting in real estate? Is this training for me?

Lucky you! You won’t have any bad habits yet. This is perfect for newbies to the real estate world because the training will give you the knowledge and tools to work with investors. What you learn will allow you to soar above your competition with both investors and the retail marketplace.

What if I get behind on the training sessions?

All training sessions are recorded, and you have access to all the training during the 3 months of the program. If you need more time, you may invest time to complete the training.
